Let’s talk about growth—big growth! 📈 Just a decade ago, Fulshear had only about 1,100 residents. Fast forward to today, and the population has jumped to over 13,000. 🚶♂️🚶♀️ That’s a huge leap, and the city isn’t slowing down. In fact, experts predict that the population could reach an astounding 32,000 in the next 10 years. The main reasons? Affordable land, excellent schools, and quick access to the Westpark Tollway. 🏫🛣️ It’s the perfect recipe for homebuyers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city while staying close enough to enjoy all Houston has to offer.
But it’s not just about the numbers. Fulshear is home to some incredible master-planned communities like Cross Creek Ranch. This 3,200-acre development has been a game-changer for the area. When it first opened in 2008, times were tough—selling homes during the Great Recession wasn’t easy. But by 2012, things turned around, and Cross Creek Ranch has been on fire ever since! 🔥

Another huge development for Fulshear is the Texas Heritage Parkway. This new 6.4-mile road will link Interstate 10 with FM 1093 and the Westpark Tollway, making it even easier to access Fulshear. 🚗 The project broke ground in June and is expected to be completed within the next 16 months.
