  • Provide your email and phone number so WHD can send you a Back Wage Claim Form (WH-60) and instructions.

  • Fill out the claim form and upload it securely using a login.gov account.

  • Youā€™ll also need one of these documents to verify your identity:

    • Social Security card

    • ITIN card

    • Driverā€™s license or State ID

    • W-2, pay stub, or other proof of employment

  • After submitting your claim, the WHD processes it within about six weeks. If all goes well, youā€™ll receive a check for your owed wages.
